My mom makes spectacular pimento cheese. My Nana made spectacular pimento cheese. Maybe someday I can hope to just make pimento cheese. But until then, my wonderful mother can come to my house and make pimento cheese with Nate as her helper. Thank you Mom!

I remember your Mom's pimento cheese! I don't like it, as a rule, but I remember I always ate it when your Mom made it. It must be good!
