I have enough teacher friends to know that some teacher gifts just get thrown in the trash:) But I ran this idea by a few of them and they gave their seal of approval. I've done this for the teachers at Nate & now Lila's pre-school the last few years.
I bake mini loaves of lemon blueberry bread, tie it up with a bow and add a Starbucks gift card. Coffee with a treat - get it? Scott kind of looked at me funny when I said that, but it makes perfect sense to me. I find that this works well when there are several teachers that are most deserving of thanks during the holiday season (I made 5 this year.)

Sounds great and love the gift card idea with it. I made your lemon blossoms last year for his teachers and they loved them! Would love the recipe for this bread. -- jackie
